A friend recently retired from the Police after 30years of service, I couldn’t let him leave without making him a cake, it took me 4 days (inbetween work and late nights) to make the complete cake but I am well chuffed with the results.
I tried to make the policeman as lifelike to Alan as possible! Everything is edible but he took the policeman home to keep 🙂
It was lovely to see his face, it reminds me why I love baking to see the look on peoples faces…
